The Standing Order Adopting Procedures for Obtaining Discharge in Completed Chapter 13 Cases has been revised and updated on our Standing Orders page.  There are no substantive changes to the language in the standing order.  However, the Debtor's Certification and Motion for Entry of Chapter 13 Discharge (the "Certification and Motion")  is no longer an attachment thereto.  The Certification and Motion has been revised to reformat the first paragraph and to remove the former clerk's name from paragraph number 3.  The Certification and Motion is located on our Bankruptcy Forms page.
