The U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi has updated its Administrative Procedures for the Electronic Case Files (ECF) system as follows:  

• Information regarding Filing Agents was added to the Definitions and Explanations section (I-D) and the Registration section (II-B). 
• The Signatures section (VI) was revised to incorporate procedures for the electronic signature of a person other than the ECF User.
• The section on Retention Requirements has been removed.

A copy of the updated document is available on the CM/ECF page.

All ECF Users are required to comply with the Court’s Administrative Procedures for ECF.
