The judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have amended the Standing Order Designating Presumptive Interest (“Till”) Rate. 

The presumptive interest (“Till”) rate for cases filed on or after January 1, 2024, will be 10.00%.  The Amended Standing Order is available on the Standing Orders page of the court’s website.
