There were several amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Official Forms effective December 1, 2018.  The full text of the rules, as well as the revised forms may be found at www.uscourts.gov/rules-policies/current-rules-practice-procedure.

As a result of these amendments, CM/ECF has been modified to make the following events available to registered users:

New Event: Motion to Determine Validity of Payment Change

• This new event may be found under Bankruptcy >Motions/Applications> Determine Validity of Payment Change.
• Pursuant to Rule 3002.1 – Notice Relating to Claims Secured by Security Interest in Debtor’s Principal Residence.

New Event: Supplemental Statement Re: Certification of Direct Appeal

• This new event may be found under Adversary>Appeal>Supplemental Statement.
• Pursuant to Rule 8006 – Certifying a Direct Appeal to the Court of Appeals.
