A Notice of Mortgage Forbearance event has been added to CM/ECF to allow filers to file a notice pursuant to provisions of the CARES Act.

The event may be found under two menus:

Bankruptcy > Notices > Notice of Mortgage Forbearance;

Bankruptcy > Claim Actions > Notice of Mortgage Forbearance.
