Proposed Amendments to Uniform Local Bankruptcy Rules

The United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi propose to adopt amendments to the Uniform Local Bankruptcy Rules to become effective March 1, 2026.

The Invitation for Public Comment and a summary of the proposed amendments may be found on the Rules and Fees page of the Court’s website along with the full text of the proposed local rules. The public comment period ends January 31, 2026.
