The United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi propose to adopt amendments to the Uniform Local Bankruptcy Rules to become effective December 1, 2022.

The Invitation for Public Comment and proposed amendments are attached and may be found on the Rules and Fees page of the Court's website at www.msnb.uscourts.gov along with the full text of the proposed local rules. The public comment period ends September 22, 2022.
