The United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi propose to adopt amendments to the Uniform Local Bankruptcy Rules to become effective December 1, 2024.

The Invitation for Public Comment, a summary of the substantive proposed amendments, and the full text of the proposed amendments may be found on the Rules and Fees page of the Court's website. The public comment period ends November 22, 2024.
