The judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have amended the Standing Order regarding the "no look" fee for debtors' counsel in chapter 13 cases.

The amendment increases the maximum "no look" fee from $4,000 to $4,600 for chapter 13 cases filed on or after May 1, 2025.  The Amended Standing Order is attached and available on the Standing Orders page of the court's website at www.msnb.uscourts.gov.
