The Judicial Conference approved adjustments to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (28 U.S.C. § 1930) to take effect on December 1, 2020. As a result, there will be a fee increase for several items in the fee schedule. The approved adjustment to the Administrative Fee will increase the fee to file a petition under all chapters and to file a motion to divide a joint case.
