AMENDMENTS TO FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY RULES AND FORMS
EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2025
Amendments to Federal Bankruptcy Rules 3002.1 and 8006 will become effective December 1, 2025. To conform with the amendments to Rule 3002.1, new and amended Official Forms will be required for all Chapter 13 cases beginning December 1, 2025.
