The judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have amended the Standing Order regarding Payment of Attorney Fees in Chapter 13 Cases.  The amendment increases the trustee's initial payment of attorney fees, following confirmation of the plan, from $100 to $350 for cases filed on or after December 1, 2021.
