The bankruptcy judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have adopted amendments to Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020 to implement the Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment and Technical Corrections Act (the "BTATC Act").  A copy of the standing order is available on the Standing Orders page.
