The objective of the seminar is to provide information on bankruptcy rules, procedures, and forms required in our court. The seminar will cover topics such as case opening, motions/applications, responses and objections, reaffirmation agreements, claim actions, discharges, orders, adversary proceedings, and resources provided by the court to assist ECF users.
There is no cost to attend this seminar. Materials will be provided to attendees on location and light refreshments will be available.
