The judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have amended the Standing Order Designating Presumptive Interest (“Till”) Rate.  The Till rate for cases filed on or after October 1, 2022, will be 7.00%.  The Amended Standing Order is available on the Standing Orders page.
