The United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi propose to adopt amendments to the Local Rule 7056-1 to become effective December 1, 2016.  The Invitation for Public Comment and proposed amendments may be found on the Local Rules page of the Court's website.  The comment period ends November 28, 2016.
