In response to the pending amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure that will become effective on December 1, 2017, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi propose to adopt a new Chapter 13 Plan form and amend applicable Uniform Local Bankruptcy Rules.

The Invitation for Public Comment and proposed amendments may be found on the Rules and Fees page of Court's website.  The comment period ends June 14, 2017.　

The pending Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and national Chapter 13 Plan form are available for review on the Court's website as well.
